Beasley Intercultural team members have a breadth of experience, maturity and capacity to work with challenging and sensitive content areas. All Beasley Intercultural team members have worked in global organisations with multiple points of presence, in multiple countries. All of our consultants have worked in a professional capacity in at least three countries, have qualifications in relevant fields and are accustomed to travelling to offshore destinations in the course of client service delivery. Most of our team speak at least two languages fluently, and we have a strong Asian specialisation.
The BI team keep abreast of the latest international global workforce development trends. Our team members hold leadership positions in national organisations such as the Australia Thailand, and Australia China Business Councils, and are active members in the Diversity Council of Australia. We participate in global conferences and regularly publish on topical issues, and provide advice to government. We share our learning and best practice with our network and clients through the delivery of a quarterly newsletter with over 3000 subscribers. We also leverage twitter, LinkedIn, and our blog to keep engaged with our clients and peers across the industry.
